Olajumoke Saliu is a personal development coach, multi-disciplinary speaker, and seasoned professional with extensive experience in Banking Operations, Tax Consulting, Customer Service & Human Relations, Project Management, and Innovative Finance. She has built a distinguished career through renowned institutions including Stanbic IBTC Bank, Citibank, and KPMG Professional Services, and currently heads the Business Growth, Innovation, and Creativity Unit at the Lagos State Health Management Agency (LASHMA).

She is the Founder and Creative Director of the Charitable Network for Community Empowerment (CHANCE), a platform committed to creating meaningful opportunities for social impact, particularly for women and children. Passionate about women’s advancement and community development, she served as the Lagos State Coordinator of Evolving Women in Progress and Community Development (EWIP) from 2022 to 2025, leading initiatives that empowered women to actively participate in governance and policy-making. She is also the President of the Growth Empowerment and Transformation Initiative for Women (GET WOMEN), established to further promote the growth, inclusion, and empowerment of women and youth.

An active member of the Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials (COWLSO), Olajumoke served as Assistant Secretary to the Planning Committee of the organization’s Annual National Women’s Conference from 2020 to 2025 and currently serves as Secretary. She is a recipient of several prestigious awards and remains committed to inspiring change, empowering lives, and creating opportunities through the power of CHANCE.
